Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY At The Main Vibe Hair Studio, all appointments are intentionally scheduled and reserved exclusively for each client. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows. This policy allows us to respect our time, our energy, and the clients waiting for availability. By booking an appointment with The Main Vibe, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
